1. About these terms

These terms apply to every order you place with Tyre & Wheel Solutions (ABN 44 679 402 012) of Shop 1/322 South Pine Road, Brendale QLD 4500, whether through this website, by phone, or in store.

By placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them before you buy. Where these terms refer to our Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy, that policy forms part of these terms.

2. Orders and acceptance

• An order placed on this website is an offer to buy, not a completed contract.
• A contract is formed only when we accept your order, which we do by confirming it with you and dispatching the goods or booking your fitting.
• We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance — for example if the product is unavailable, if a price or description was published in error, or if we cannot verify your details. If we do, we refund you in full.
• Where a product requires us to confirm fitment or finish with you, we will contact you before proceeding.

3. Pricing and GST

• All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise.
• Wheel prices shown are per wheel unless the listing says otherwise. Tyres, fitting, balancing and accessories are charged separately unless included in a package.
• Prices exclude delivery unless stated. Delivery is calculated at checkout.
• We may change prices at any time, but a change will not affect an order we have already accepted.
• If a product is listed at a materially incorrect price due to an error, we will contact you before proceeding and you may cancel for a full refund.

4. Payment

• We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including credit and debit cards, Afterpay and Zip.
• Payment is processed by our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
• Goods remain our property until paid in full. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or collection.
• Where a deposit is taken on a custom or special order, that deposit is applied to the balance and is subject to the cancellation terms in our Returns Policy.

5. Stock and lead times

• Stock levels and lead times shown are indicative and are supplied to us by manufacturers and distributors.
• If an item is unavailable or delayed after we accept your order, we will contact you with the option to wait, substitute, or cancel for a full refund.
• Processing times shown on product pages are business days and are additional to delivery time.

6. Custom and made-to-order products

• Many wheels are built to order in the size, fitment and finish you choose.
• We confirm those details with you before your order goes to production. Once production begins the order cannot be cancelled, changed or refunded for change of mind.
• Hand-applied finishes vary slightly between batches. Minor variation in shade or texture is normal and is not a defect.

7. Delivery and collection

• We currently deliver within South East Queensland. If you order from outside our delivery area we will contact you to arrange an alternative or refund the order.
• Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.
• You must provide a correct, accessible delivery address. Redelivery caused by an incorrect address may incur a further charge.
• Please inspect your order on arrival and report transit damage within 48 hours, as set out in our Returns Policy.

8. Fitting and services

• Fitting, balancing, alignment and related services are available in store at Brendale at additional cost.
• You are responsible for ensuring the products you order are legal and suitable for your vehicle and its intended use. We will advise to the best of our knowledge, but final responsibility for road-legal compliance rests with the vehicle owner.
• We may decline to fit a product where we consider it unsafe, non-compliant, or unsuitable for the vehicle.
• Where we fit products not supplied by us, we accept no responsibility for the condition, suitability or performance of those products.

9. Vehicle information and fitment

• Fitment recommendations rely on the vehicle details you give us. You must tell us your make, model, year and variant, and declare any modifications such as brake upgrades, suspension changes, guard work or spacers.
• Our fitment guarantee, set out in our Returns Policy, applies only where you have given accurate details and declared modifications.

10. Product information and images

• We take care to describe products accurately, but specifications, weights and finishes are supplied by manufacturers and can change without notice.
• Images are indicative. Colour reproduction varies between screens, and wheels are often photographed in sizes or finishes other than the one you order.
• If a product you receive is materially different from its description, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply.

11. Returns, refunds and warranty

Returns, cancellations, fitment issues, transit damage and warranty claims are governed by our Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy, which forms part of these terms.

12. Australian Consumer Law and liability

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, and other than as required by the Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any claim relating to goods or services we supply is limited, at our option, to replacing or repairing the goods, resupplying the services, or refunding the price paid.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of use of a vehicle, loss of income, or towing and hire costs, except where the Australian Consumer Law requires otherwise.

13. Use of this website

• Content on this site, including text, images, logos and layout, is owned by us or our suppliers and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
• Brand names, wheel designs and manufacturer imagery remain the property of their respective owners.
• You must not use this site in any way that is unlawful, or that interferes with its operation or security.

14. Privacy

We collect and handle your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). We use your details to process orders, arrange delivery and fitting, and to contact you about your order. We do not sell your personal information.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
